職場で起こりやすいハラスメント（パワハラ、セクハラ）について事例を通して学習します。
各章は「気づく」→「理解する」→「深める」という流れになっており、学習内容に対してしっかりと理解を深めることができます。

This is a course on harassment for university staff.
Participants will learn through case studies about harassment (power harassment and sexual harassment) that can easily occur in the workplace.
Each chapter follows the flow of "Notice," "Understand," and "Deepen," allowing participants to deepen their understanding of what they are learning.
